How it all began

Nick and Julia were coworkers for a year before they were sent on assignment to LA for a shoot. Throughout the 10 days there they found themselves on the hotel rooftop talking for hours, sipping on gin & tonics as the Santa Monica sun set. Chatting was easy and the Aussie accent was just charming enough to spark a spark. After returning to NY, editing the ads, and wrapping the project, the entire agency shut down for covid. It was during this time that Julia & Nick would eventually connect and explore that spark that was initiated months before. Luckily for them, they had nearly 2 years to establish their relationship before returning to the office.
And the rest is history
Nick proposed on October 8th up in the Catskills after a grueling hike in the mud. He offered Julia a replacement pair of white sneakers, but she got the ultimate prize at the end and is perfectly happy!
